Line Cook

Salt Fork Lodge is seeking a dedicated and hardworking Line Cook to join our culinary team in Kimbolton, OH. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking menu items according to our high standards, ensuring quality and consistency in every dish served. Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items following recipes, portion, presentation, and quality standards
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations
• Assist with inventory management and proper storage of ingredients
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operation
• Follow all health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment

Requirements

• Previous experience as a line cook or in a similar culinary role preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
