• Work station setup, mise en place, and food preparation with precision and speed
• Collaborate seamlessly with the kitchen team to maintain quality and consistency
• Maintain strict food safety and sanitation standards
• Adapt quickly to service demands and support team members as needed

• 2+ years of experience in upscale, high-end, or fine dining restaurants
• Strong work ethic and ability to perform under pressure
• Availability for nights and weekend shifts
• Passion for quality food and continuous improvement
