• Responsibilities
• Prepare, cook, and assemble menu items according to Chick-fil-A quality standards
• Assist with food preparation, stocking, and kitchen organization
• Work in multiple Back of House stations including breading, fries, boards, food prep, and assembly
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen environment
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and operational procedures
• Work efficiently and accurately during high-volume meal periods
• Support fellow Team Members to ensure smooth daily operations
• Help maintain the speed, accuracy, and quality that guests expect

Qualifications and Skills

• Must be 16 years of age or older
• No prior experience required
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Dependable, coachable, and team-oriented
• Ability to work with urgency while maintaining attention to detail
• Positive attitude and ability to perform well under pressure
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical job duties
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
