Line Cook

Join us at Rivalry Los Angeles, an elevated sports bar where we craft exceptional game-day dining experiences. We re looking for an experienced Line Cook to enhance our culinary team.

As a Line Cook, you will excel in a fast-paced kitchen environment, delivering high-quality and consistent dishes with an eye for detail.

**Responsibilities:**

- Prepare and plate menu items to meet our high standards.

- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen.

- Support smooth service during peak hours.

- Follow all safety and sanitation standards.

- Collaborate effectively with the kitchen team.

**Qualifications:**

-2 years recent experience in a high-volume kitchen is required.

- Must be available weekends AM shift

- Strong knife skills and reliability are essential.

- Food Handlers certification is required.

- Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

- must be able to communicate effectively in English with the Chef and kitchen team, understand verbal and written instructions, read recipes and prep lists, and respond to safety-related directions and service communication in a fast-paced kitchen environment
