What You’ll Do

• Execute Quality Dishes: Efficiently cook and plate menu items across grill, fry, and sauté stations to recipe standards and order specifications.
  
  
• Master Station Setup: Prep and maintain a clean, organized, fully stocked station (mise en place) throughout service.
  
  
• Daily Prep Work: Assist with daily knife work, sauce preparation, and batch cooking to ensure kitchen readiness.
  
  
• Maintain High Standards: Follow strict food safety guidelines, health department standards, and kitchen sanitation practices.
  
  
• Collaborate: Communicate clearly with team members to keep ticket times low and service running smoothly.
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 1+ years of experience in a high-volume kitchen.
  
  
• Skills: Strong knife skills, familiarity with classic cooking techniques, and comfort working under pressure.
  
  
• Reliability: A solid work ethic and availability to work peak shifts, including weekends and evenings.
  
  
• Team Player: Positive attitude and a commitment to speed, quality, and consistent execution.
  
  
• Bonus: Experience with pub menu execution or Irish cuisine is a plus, but not required!
