In this role, you'll work closely with the kitchen team to prep, cook, and plate items according to our established recipes, while maintaining food safety and cleanliness at all times.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies at the start of each shift.
  • Prepare ingredients for dishes, including chopping vegetables, portioning proteins, and assembling sauces.
  • Cook menu items to specification using grills, fryers, ovens, or other kitchen equipment.
  • Follow recipes and presentation guidelines with precision and consistency.
  • Work closely with kitchen managers and follow directives accurately.
  • Maintain a clean and organized prep area and kitchen workspace throughout the shift.
  • Ensure all food is handled and stored according to food safety regulations.
  • Properly label, date, and store prepped items and leftovers.
  • Assist with receiving deliveries and restocking kitchen inventory.
  • Support teammates in other stations or tasks as needed to ensure smooth kitchen operations.

Requirements include:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Culinary certification or formal training in cooking techniques a plus.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a line cook or in a similar kitchen role.
  • Strong knowledge of cooking methods, kitchen equipment, and food safety protocols.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a high-volume environment.
  • Excellent time management, multitasking, and communication skills.
  • Clean and professional appearance with attention to detail.
  • Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and stand for extended periods (up to 8 hours).
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
  • Commitment to teamwork, hospitality, and consistency in every plate served.

Now under new ownership, Party Fowl is expanding into a lifestyle brand rooted in good food, strong drinks, and unapologetic fun. We're here to keep Nashville hot, one celebration at a time.
