Key Responsibilities

• Food Preparation & Cooking
  • Prepare and cook menu items with accuracy, speed, and attention to detail
  • Ensure all dishes meet presentation, portion, and quality standards
  • Assist with prep work, inventory rotation, and receiving deliveries as needed
• Kitchen Operations
  • Set up and maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked workstation
  • Follow food safety and sanitation procedures, maintaining high health standards
  • Communicate clearly with kitchen staff and front-of-house team to ensure smooth service
  • Work collaboratively and efficiently during high-volume shifts

Requirements

• Previous experience in a professional kitchen preferred
• Experience with stretching dough is a plus
• Strong knife skills and familiarity with various cooking methods and kitchen equipment
• Ability to work independently, follow directions, and stay motivated
• Excellent time management and multitasking skills
• Dependable, team-oriented, and committed to cleanliness and food quality
• Must be available for evening and weekend shifts
