The Role:
The Line Cook is responsible for executing high quality dishes, ensuring consistency, precision, and exceptional presentation. This role prepares menu items to specification, maintains a clean and organized workstation, and collaborates closely with the culinary team to support smooth kitchen operations. The Line Cook follows all food safety and sanitation guidelines and contributes to an elevated dining experience for restaurant and hotel guests.
Based upon fluctuating demands of the operation and to exceed customer expectations, it may be necessary to perform a multitude of different functions not specifically related to this position.
