Physical stamina - The trucks do not have a/c or heat
Food handlers certification

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure that quality standards of food and service are met consistently: the food looks good and is cooked properly, the proportions are correct, and it is cooked and served safely
Work truck stations to the highest standard, including grill, line, and window
Keep food trucks organized and well-stocked; maintain work areas, floors, equipment and utensils
Follow all appropriate sanitary standards, health codes and local jurisdiction food handling requirements
Model exemplary customer service and safety practices
Attend 2-4 team meetings per year
