What You'll Do:

• Prepare and cook pasta dishes, proteins, and seafood according to our Northern Italian recipes and standards
• Manage your station efficiently during service, maintaining quality and consistency
• Prep ingredients and mise en place to support smooth kitchen operations
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and front-of-house team to deliver excellent dining experiences
• Follow food safety and sanitation protocols

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in an Italian kitchen
• Strong knife skills and knowledge of Italian cooking techniques
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn

What We Offer: Hourly pay of $19-$22 based on experience, flexible scheduling, and a supportive kitchen culture.
