Line Cook - PT

• Prepare ingredients and dishes according to standardized recipes and plating guidelines.

• Monitor cooking times and temperatures to produce food of consistent taste and appearance.

• Maintain a clean and sanitary workstation, following health and safety procedures.

• Restock ingredients and supplies as needed to keep service running smoothly.

• Communicate effectively with the team to coordinate service and avoid bottlenecks.

• Handle, store, and dispose of food safely and in compliance with health codes.

• Support other team members in a collaborative and flexible manner when required.

Qualifications:

• One year of prep cook experience.

• At least one year of experience in a high-volume restaurant or fine dining establishment.

• Ability to pass a skills test in food identification and cuts, as well as an oral quiz.

• Culinary degree strongly preferred.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Positive attitude, adaptability, and willingness to learn and grow.
