What You’ll Do
As a Line Cook, you’ll prepare high-quality menu items while maintaining the standards our guests expect.
Responsibilities include:
- Prepare and cook menu items using grills, ovens, fryers, sauté stations, and other commercial kitchen equipment
- Prepare breakfast, lunch, dinner, banquet, and catering menu items
- Follow recipes, portion standards, and presentation guidelines
- Set up, stock, and break down assigned cooking stations
- Assist with food preparation and ingredient organization
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and HACCP procedures
- Work closely with fellow cooks, servers, and kitchen leadership
- Assist in creating daily specials and seasonal menu offerings
- Help ensure exceptional guest dining experiences
Qualifications
We’re looking for candidates with experience in restaurants, hotels, resorts, country clubs, banquet facilities, or other commercial kitchens.
Preferred qualifications include:
- Previous experience as a Line Cook, Grill Cook, Sauté Cook, Restaurant Cook, Prep Cook, or Kitchen Cook
- Experience working in a full-service restaurant, hotel, or banquet kitchen preferred
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Ability to multitask while maintaining quality and consistency
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Dependable attendance and a positive attitude
- Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
