What You'll Be Doing:
•* Prep and stock your station with everything you’ll need for the shift
•* Cook Guest orders to recipe standards — including special requests
•* Make sure every plate looks great, tastes amazing, and hits our ticket time targets
•* Communicate and work closely with kitchen leadership and teammates
•* Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines to keep food (and you) safe
•* Keep your station and equipment clean and ready to go
•* Monitor and log food temperatures for safety
•* Properly date, rotate, and store all food items
•* Tackle side work and extra projects with a great attitude

What We're Looking For:
•* A valid Food Handler’s Card
•* At least 18 years of age
•* Ability to speak, read, and understand the primary language used at work
•* Solid knowledge of different cooking methods, ingredients, and kitchen equipment
•* Accuracy, speed, and consistency in executing orders
•* Someone who can roll with the ups and downs of a busy day
•* Good judgment and teamwork (with manager support when needed)
•* A positive attitude whether working independently or as part of the team

Working Conditions:
•* Wet floors, temperature extremes, and loud kitchen noise
•* Must be able to bend, stoop, lift, and carry up to 40 pounds regularly
•* Must be able to stand for long periods and move easily throughout the kitchen
•* Morning and daytime hours only — no evening shifts!
