Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace throughout the shift.
- Assist with inventory management and food storage procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and efficient service.
- Monitor food quality and presentation before serving to guests.
- Follow health and safety regulations to maintain a safe kitchen environment.
- Help with menu development and daily specials as needed.
- Participate in training new kitchen staff and sharing culinary techniques.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Line Cook or similar role in a fast-paced kitchen.
- Knowledge of various cooking techniques, ingredients, and equipment.
- Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for culinary excellence.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Food handler's certification or willingness to obtain one.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy items when necessary.
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow within the team.
