What You'll Do
Prepare and execute dishes to exact recipe, portion, and plating standards
Run a clean, organized, and fully stocked station throughout service
Assist with production of pastas, pizzas, and signature Italian plates
Communicate effectively with fellow cooks, chefs, and expeditors to keep service smooth
Handle dietary requests and modifications with care and professionalism
Support opening and closing duties: restocking, sanitation, and equipment care
Take part in ongoing training and development opportunities
What We're Looking For
Previous line cook experience in a high-volume, upscale kitchen
Knowledge of Italian cuisine (pasta and pizza skills highly valued)
Strong organizational skills and ability to stay calm under pressure
Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
Open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
Positive, reliable, and team-oriented mindset
