Job descriptionWe are looking for dependable, capable, and team-oriented individuals who want to work in a busy, fast-paced kitchen environment. We are a family-owned and operated business that he been operating for over 30 years. We have a fun hybrid business model with a sit-down restaurant, take-out deli, quality catering, and curated market selection. Shifts are generally 7-3, 11-7, or 1-9. We are open from 8 am to 8 pm.Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesLine Cooks are responsible for prepping ingredients and assembling dishes according to restaurant recipes and specifications.Prepare for all aspects of the restaurant and retail market, including sit-down, catering, and retail a la carte prepared food sales.Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies Prepare food for service (i.e. chopping vegetables, butchering meat, or preparing sauces).Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff.Clean up station and take care of leftover food.
