About the Role:ZDR Garter Operations LLC is looking for a talented and passionate Line Cook to join our kitchen team in Tucson, AZ! Responsibilities:- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and quality standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation throughout each shift
- Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies before service
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth, timely food production
- Monitor food storage, labeling, and rotation to minimize waste and ensure freshness
- Assist with prep work including chopping, portioning, and marinating ingredients
- Adhere to all food safety and health code regulations
Requirements:- Prior experience as a line cook, prep cook, or in a similar kitchen role preferred
- Knowledge of basic cooking techniques, knife skills, and kitchen equipment
- Open availability for day and night shifts. Full time 30-40 hours a week
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality and consistency
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Food handler's certification or willingness to obtain one
- Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
