About the Role:

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
  
• Manage your station with organization and attention to detail
  
• Collaborate with fellow kitchen staff to ensure smooth service
  
• Maintain food safety and sanitation standards
  
• Respond to feedback and continuously improve your craft
  
• Support inventory management and prep work as needed
  

What We're Looking For:

• Experience working as a line cook or in a similar kitchen role
  
• Ability to work efficiently during busy service periods
  
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
  
• Flexibility to work AM or PM shifts
