As a Line Cook at The Park at 14th, you will be responsible for preparing, cooking, and plating dishes while maintaining high standards of food quality, safety, and cleanliness.

Set up and stock cooking stations with necessary supplies and equipment
Prepare food items according to recipes and established standards
Monitor food quality throughout service
Maintain cleanliness and organization of work station

Assist with inventory management and stock rotation
Requirements
2+ years of experience as a line cook in a fast-paced restaurant
Strong knowledge of kitchen equipment and cooking techniques
Understanding of food safety and sanitation practices
Ability to work under pressure and maintain quality
Excellent teamwork and communication skills
Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
