About the Role:
Voodoo Brewing Co in Williamsburg, VA is looking for a passionate and skilled Line Cook to join our kitchen crew! Responsibilities:

• Prepare and execute menu items consistently according to recipes and plating standards
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked workstation throughout each shift
• Work efficiently across multiple stations including grill, sauté, fry, and prep as needed
• Collaborate with kitchen team to ensure smooth, timely ticket execution during service
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and temperature control guidelines
• Assist with receiving, storing, and rotating food inventory properly
• Communicate effectively with front-of-house staff to ensure a seamless guest experience

Requirements:

• Previous line cook or kitchen experience preferred
• Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen environment
• Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards (ServSafe a plus)
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Passion for food quality and a positive attitude
