Line Lead
Location: Shafter, CA
Pay Rate: Starting at $19.00-$21.00 per hour, depending on experience

We are seeking a dedicated Line Lead to oversee operations, support team members, and help ensure customer orders are completed accurately and efficiently. Responsibilities
As a Line Lead, you will:
- Set up and manage assigned operation lines to complete customer orders.
- Oversee and support operation line employees to ensure productivity, accuracy, and quality standards are met.
- Ensure employees are properly positioned, prepared, and performing assigned duties.
- Monitor line performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve operational issues, escalating concerns when needed.
- Maintain records, including inventory tracking and order documentation.
- Train, coach, and support both new and existing employees.
- Collaborate with other Line Leads to coordinate workflow and meet order deadlines.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Communicate operational challenges and barriers to the Warehouse Coordinator.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- High school diploma or state-issued equivalency certificate.
- Basic reading, writing, and math skills.
- Ability to follow all safety requirements, company procedures, and food safety standards.
- Ability to wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including safety vest, back supports, and warehouse footwear.
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer skills and the ability to complete required documentation.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to guide, motivate, and support team members.
