About the role
The Line Cook supports the Kitchen Manager in all kitchen operations. This role ensures excellence
in food preparation and presentation, maintaining the highest quality standards set by the Director of
Culinary.
What you'll do
Participate in all steps of food preparation.
Maintain food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards.
Ensure food quality by upholding company recipes and presentation standards.
Support kitchen equipment cleaning and maintenance utilizing daily checklists.
Wash dishes as needed.
Participate in special events, including off-site catering.
Foster passion, engagement, and a positive team culture.
Receive and apply feedback effectively, demonstrating adaptability.
Build strong interpersonal connections with team members of all skill levels.
Foster an inclusive, high-quality team culture through effective communication.
Qualifications
Restaurant kitchen experience required.
Food handler certification.
Reliable transportation and ability to travel between locations.
Availability for nights and weekends.
Strong organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Self-motivated, adaptable, and open to feedback.
Ability to stand for extended periods (~8 hours per shift).
