About the Role
We are seeking an experienced, versatile, and dependable Line/Rounds Cook to join our kitchen team. As a Rounds Cook, you will play a pivotal role in our daily operations, working seamlessly across multiple stations including saut , grill, pantry, pizza and prep to ensure consistency, speed, and exceptional food quality during high-volume services.
Key Responsibilities
Operate, manage, and transition efficiently across all kitchen stations based on service demands
Prepare high-quality menu items to precise recipes, plating standards, and timing guidelines.
Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked mis en place prior to and throughout each shift.
Monitor product freshness, properly label and date stock, and minimize station waste.
Follow all local health department guidelines, sanitation standards, and food safety protocols.
Collaborate closely with the Executive Chef, Sous Chef, and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service execution.
Qualifications & Requirements
Experience: Minimum 2 3 years of line cooking experience in a high-volume, scratch kitchen or fine-dining environment.
Versatility: Strong proficiency in saut , grill, pizza or pantry, station prep, and knife skills.
Efficiency: Ability to multitask, stay cool under pressure, and manage order tickets effectively during peak rushes.
Reliability: Strong work ethic, punctual attendance, and flexible availability.
Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in a fast-paced environment.
