Position: Line Server - 5007 N Shepherd, Houston, TX 77018.
Esther’s Cajun Cafe & Soul food is looking for a friendly, dependable, and hardworking Line Server to join our team at our original location! We’re seeking someone who takes pride in providing excellent customer service, maintaining food quality and presentation, and creating a welcoming experience for every guest.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and provide friendly, professional service.
- Serve food accurately and efficiently while maintaining proper portion sizes.
- Maintain an attractive, clean, and well-stocked serving line.
- Know our menu items and answer customer questions about available dishes.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and management.
- Follow proper food-handling, sanitation, and food-safety procedures.
- Keep the serving area clean, organized, and presentable throughout the shift.
- Assist with restocking food, supplies, and serving utensils as needed.
- Follow all restaurant policies, procedures, and service standards.
