Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

About the Role

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Line Worker to join our manufacturing team in Conyers, Georgia. The successful candidate will support production operations by performing repetitive tasks, operating machinery if trained, and maintaining a safe, organized workspace to ensure quality products are produced efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow all safety guidelines and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
• Perform repetitive tasks on the production line with accuracy and attention to quality.
• Measure materials and conduct quality checks using basic math skills.
• Operate manufacturing equipment and machinery if trained.
• Assist with product assembly and packaging to meet production goals.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure production targets are met.
• Lift up to 50 lbs. regularly as part of daily duties.
• Adhere to production schedules and quality standards.
• Support team members to promote efficient workflow.
• Comply with all safety and industrial standards.
• Be dependable and punctual for scheduled shifts.
• Participate in additional overtime work if required.

Required Qualifications

• Ability to follow safety guidelines and procedures consistently.
• Strong attention to detail and quality control.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Basic math skills for measurements and quality checks.
• Good communication skills to work effectively within a team.
• Reliability and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly.
• Availability to work the designated shift hours.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in manufacturing or assembly line environments.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and industrial equipment.
• Ability to operate machinery or tools related to production.
• Bilingual abilities (English/Spanish).

• Ability to stand for long periods.
