What You'll Do as a Line Worker – AM:- Perform production tasks such as placing cardboard inserts, depositing crust or filling, pressing crusts, applying toppings, loading ovens, and removing products from racks
- Inspect finished products for quality and remove products that do not meet standards
- Place finished products into appropriate containers and follow ingredient return and allergen labeling procedures
- Maintain clean and sanitary work areas, including washing, rinsing, and sanitizing between product changeovers
- Clean up spills and debris promptly to maintain a safe production environment
- Follow company food safety, quality, sanitation, and GMP procedures
- Work cooperatively with production team members to maintain efficient workflow and reduce downtime
What You Need to Bring to the Line Worker – AM Role:- Ability to stand throughout the shift and perform repetitive production tasks
- Ability to regularly lift and carry up to 25 lbs., with heavier lifting required occasionally
- Ability to bend, reach, squat, kneel, push, and pull as required by production duties
- Ability to work safely around manual and automated production equipment
- Ability to follow basic work instructions and maintain product quality standards
- Willingness to wear required personal protective equipment, including hair nets, ear plugs, boots, and smocks, and follow frequent handwashing requirements
- Ability to work around common food allergens, including milk, soy, wheat, egg, tree nuts, and peanuts
