About the Role:MCIC INC is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Assistant Manager to join the team at Linway Cinema in Goshen, IN! Responsibilities:- Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily cinema operations to ensure a smooth and enjoyable guest experience
- Supervise, train, and motivate front-line staff including box office, concessions, and floor crew
- Monitor and manage concession stand operations, inventory, and cash handling procedures
- Ensure theater cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company standards and policies
- Handle guest concerns and resolve customer service issues in a professional and timely manner
- Assist with scheduling, opening/closing procedures, and daily reporting
- Support film presentation operations and coordinate with projection staff as needed
Requirements:- Previous supervisory or management experience in retail, hospitality, food service, or entertainment preferred
- Strong customer service skills with a guest-first attitude
- Ability to lead, coach, and inspire a team in a high-energy environment
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math and cash handling skills required
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs as needed
- Must be 18+
