As a Vice President and Escrow Services Deal Negotiator in Liquidity and Account Solutions, you'll manage a diverse portfolio of institutional escrow client relationships and negotiate legal agreements ahead of deal closings. This role offers the opportunity to interact directly with clients and attorneys on high-profile escrow transactions for M&A, Debt Capital Markets, Litigation, Bankruptcy, Account Bank, and beyond. You are responsible for acting as the voice of the customer by understanding their needs. Additionally, you'll partner with the Sales team, aiming to earn repeat business through exceptional client service.
