Location: New York, NY (Hybrid – 3 days onsite/week)
Schedule: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of outsourced/offshore support teams to ensure accurate and timely processing of listed clearing transactions.
• Reconcile and maintain DTC and OCC positions, balances, and settlements while ensuring internal systems remain synchronized.
• Monitor clearinghouse margin requirements, OCC activity (including CMTA, exercises, and assignments), and resolve transaction exceptions.
• Collaborate with internal business units, affiliates, Front Office, auditors, and regulators to support clearing operations, reporting, controls, and process improvement initiatives.
• Validate outbound invoices for services rendered and oversee the allocation of clearinghouse charges.
• Prepare and validate recurring management reports and operational metrics.
• Participate in change management initiatives to support new products and services.
• Coordinate responses to audit and regulatory requests.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in the financial services industry, preferably within banking or brokerage operations.
• Strong knowledge of DTC (Depository Trust Company) clearance and settlement processes.
• Working knowledge of OCC (Options Clearing Corporation).
• Experience with trade settlements, reconciliations, cash management, and exception resolution.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with the Client Shadow platform is a plus.
