Your Key Responsibilities (and What You’ll Master Quickly)

Master the Listing Process

• Confidently conduct listing consultations and secure appointments
• Advise sellers on pricing, staging, and positioning strategies
• Become a trusted advisor from initial consultation through closing

Develop Pricing & Market Strategies

• Analyze comparable sales, market trends, and absorption rates
• Strategically position listings to sell swiftly and at top value
• Provide clients with data-driven, confident advice

Execute Marketing & Exposure Plans

• Collaborate with the team to implement sophisticated marketing campaigns
• Ensure listings stand out both online and offline
• Generate activity, showings, and buyer interest

Negotiate with Expertise

• Manage offers, structure deals, and negotiate assertively on sellers’ behalf
• Work alongside top agents to refine your negotiation skills

Generate Leads Consistently

• Dedicate at least 10 hours per week to listings, sphere of influence, and pipeline development
• Build a sustainable, listing-focused business that grows over time

Commit to Training & Practice

• Participate in weekly script rehearsals, team training sessions, and coaching
• Develop the ability to consistently convert leads at a high level

Track Performance & Achieve Results

• Utilize PLACE technology to monitor your activities and outcomes
• Remember: what gets tracked, gets rewarded!

Responsibilities

• Graduate from PLACE Agent Launch
• Execute PLACE lead generations systems weekly
• Conduct two open houses monthly
• Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
• Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
• Participate in team activities per team standards
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
• Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market homes
• Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services
• Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers
• Track activities and clients in PLACE Technology

Qualifications

You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.
