Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote property listings and attract potential buyers.
• Conduct thorough market analysis to determine competitive pricing and advise clients accordingly.
• Coordinate and host property showings, open houses, and client meetings to showcase listings.
• Negotiate offers and contracts between buyers and sellers to achieve favorable terms for clients.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local real estate market trends, regulations, and financing options.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate agents, and industry professionals.
• Prepare and manage all necessary documentation and ensure compliance with legal and company policies.

Qualifications

You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.

• 3+ years’ of real estate sales experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Learning based, growth-minded 
• Organized
• Willingness to learn scripts and dialogues 
• Excellent time management skills
