Are you ready to take your real estate career to the next level?

The Bouma Group lists more homes than any other real estate agent or team in Washtenaw County, with the majority of our business in Ann Arbor.

We're looking for an ambitious, proactive real estate agent who wants to become one of the area's next top listing professionals.

You'll work side by side with Ann Arbor's leading listing agent, who personally lists more than 70 homes annually. You'll receive hands-on mentorship, proven systems, professional marketing, and administrative support from one of the area's most successful real estate teams.

Responsibilities

• Proactively prospect, build relationships, and generate new listing opportunities.
• Conduct seller consultations and listing presentations.
• Develop pricing and marketing strategies based on local market conditions.
• Guide sellers through preparation, marketing, negotiations, and closing.
• Consistently follow up with prospects, clients, and past customers.
• Develop in-depth knowledge of Ann Arbor's neighborhoods and real estate market.
• Collaborate with our experienced listing agent and support team to deliver exceptional client service.
• Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and professional development.
• Take ownership of personal production goals and daily activities.

Qualifications

Michigan real estate license required. Previous real estate sales experience preferred, but attitude, initiative, and potential are equally important.
