Litigation Associate Attorney (2-5 Years)

A well-regarded Atlanta-area firm is looking for a litigation associate with 2–5 years of experience.

• Handle commercial, government, banking, real estate and business disputes from intake through trial and appeal
• Practice in Georgia superior and state courts, the Georgia State-wide Business Court, and U.S. District Courts
• Active Georgia bar admission
• The office has about 20 people, with regular hours from 8:30 to 5:30
• No minimum billable hours
• Benefits include incentive pay, health and retirement plans, and paid bar dues and CLE
