Pay: $125,000.00 - $170,000.00 per year

This role requires an attorney who is actively licensed in California and has 3+ years of litigation experience in asbestos or silica or toxic tort.

Job Description
Manage a caseload of litigated matters from intake through resolution
Drive trial prep: case strategy, discovery planning, records review, witness workups, and client interviews
Take and defend depositions and support expert discovery when needed
Draft and argue motions and support hearing preparation
Conduct legal research and write clear, persuasive briefs
Communicate with clients and keep matters moving with urgency and accuracy
Collaborate closely with a strong litigation team while owning your assignments
Qualifications
Active California Bar license in good standing
3+ years of litigation experience in asbestos, silica, or toxic tort
Strong writing, research, and practical judgment in fast-moving cases
Confident deposition and motion practice skills (or clear readiness to grow into them)
Professional, client-facing communication and the ability to work independently
