Litigation Associate Attorney

Constellation Search Group is looking for a Litigation Associate Attorney for a full-time direct hire position. This role offers exposure to a diverse range of litigation, regulatory, governance, and advisory matters, serving governmental, sovereign, and community-based organizations across the United States. It provides the opportunity for meaningful responsibility, direct client interaction, and mentorship from experienced practitioners. The position allows for the development of a varied legal practice and the chance to make a tangible impact through purpose-driven work.

Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in litigation and administrative matters before state, federal, and other tribunals.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, memoranda, agreements, and other legal documents.
• Conduct legal research and develop litigation strategies.
• Attend hearings, depositions, client meetings, and negotiations.
• Advise clients on a variety of legal, regulatory, governance, and business matters.
• Collaborate with attorneys across multiple practice areas.
• Participate in client development, networking, and professional education opportunities.
• Maintain compliance with applicable court rules, professional standards, and firm procedures.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Active bar admission in good standing in any U.S. jurisdiction.
• Strong litigation, legal research, and legal writing skills.
• Excellent communication and client-facing abilities.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel monthly for client meetings, hearings, conferences, and related events.
• Demonstrated ability to accurately track time, prioritize assignments, and manage workload across multiple matters and stakeholders.
