Litigation Associate Attorney

Job DescriptionA Personal Injury law firm in Salem, MA, is searching for an Associate Attorney with civil litigation and trial experience. A minimum of three (3) years of experience is required for this position.Principal Duties and ResponsibilitiesOverseeing and day-to-day management of a large caseload;Legal research;Drafting legal documents, pleadings, and assisting with the discovery process;Conducting client consultations;Conducting depositions;Court appearances and hearings as necessary; andPreparing for and conducting trials.QualificationsHardworking, well-organized and detail oriented.Must be able to manage numerous projects.Excellent interpersonal skills, dynamic and team oriented.Licensed to practice law in MassachusettsExcellent written and verbal communication skills.Superior analytical skills.Minimum 3 years' experience.Salary and BenefitsCompetitive salary with significant bonus structure.Participation in 401K plan.Two (2) weeks of paid vacation.Sick time/personal.Parking pass & gas card.Salary range $100K-$150K commensurate with experience.#J-18808-Ljbffr
