This opportunity is ideal for an attorney looking to work on sophisticated matters in a collaborative, team-oriented environment with direct client exposure and meaningful responsibility.The associate will work closely with partners and senior attorneys on a broad range of complex litigation matters, including commercial disputes, business torts, contract claims, regulatory matters, and other high-stakes litigation.ResponsibilitiesManage litigation matters through all phases of the case lifecycleDraft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery, and other legal documentsConduct legal research and develop case strategyTake and defend depositions, attend hearings, and assist with trial preparationCommunicate directly with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnelCollaborate with attorneys across practice groups on complex legal mattersQualificationsJ.D. from an accredited law school and active bar license required2–6 years of litigation experience preferredStrong legal writing, analytical, and research skillsExperience handling complex commercial or civil litigation matters preferredAbility to manage multiple deadlines and work in a fast-paced environmentStrong attention to detail, professionalism, and client service orientationJobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
