We are seeking a talented 4th–5th year Litigation Associate to join its sophisticated Commercial Litigation practice in Washington, D.C. The ideal candidate will have experience managing all phases of complex commercial litigation, including legal research, drafting pleadings and motions, written discovery, depositions, and trial preparation and support. The practice handles a broad range of high-stakes commercial disputes, with exposure to matters involving emerging technologies and digital assets, corporate governance, partnership and shareholder disputes, business breakups, and insurance coverage and recovery matters.
