A bit about us:
We’re a Denver litigation firm focused on construction and casualty defense. We represent contractors, builders, developers, and design professionals in high-stakes disputes. Our team is small enough that associates get real cases, direct client contact, and courtroom time early, and established enough to offer the mentorship to build a long career. If you want to become a well-rounded trial lawyer and not just a document reviewer, you’ll fit right in.
Why join us?
A real, achievable billable target: 1,800 hours a year, so you can do great work and still have a life.
A true partner track: As a boutique firm, we promote from within, and the path to partnership is clear and real.
Get in the room early: Take depositions, attend mediations, and join trial teams long before most associates your age.
Flexibility that works: A collaborative office culture with the flexibility to work remotely when it makes sense.
Rewarding pay and benefits: $105K–$175K base, bonus and billable incentives, health and dental, disability coverage, 401(k) match, and paid time off.
