Our client is seeking a Litigation Associate to join a well-established and growing practice representing clients in a broad range of general liability and civil litigation matters. You'll work alongside experienced attorneys on sophisticated matters while building your own practice and courtroom experience in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

What You'll Handle

• General liability litigation
• Insurance defense matters
• Premises liability
• Construction-related disputes
• Product liability matters
• Personal injury defense
• Motion practice
• Depositions
• Discovery strategy
• Court appearances
• Mediation and settlement negotiations
• Trial preparation and trial support

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
• Active license in California
• 1-5 years of civil litigation experience
• Experience handling litigation matters from inception through resolution
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and client relationship abilities
• Ability to independently manage a litigation caseload

Preferred Experience

Experience with one or more of the following is a plus:

• General liability
• Insurance defense
• Premises liability
• Construction defect
• Transportation litigation
• Product liability
• Professional liability
