Key Responsibilities
Manage litigation matters from inception through resolution
Conduct legal research and draft motions, pleadings, and discovery responses
Assist with depositions, hearings, mediations, and trial preparation
Support case strategy and overall litigation management
Communicate effectively with attorneys, clients, and opposing counsel
Maintain organized case files and ensure deadlines are met
Qualifications
An active North Carolina Bar license is required
2–6 years of litigation experience preferred
Candidates with 1+ years of relevant litigation experience will also be considered
Strong legal writing, analytical, and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
Self-motivated with strong attention to detail
Experience in the listed practice areas strongly preferred
Additional Information
Candidates with primary experience in Trust & Estates or Family Law will not be considered
