Due to continued growth and the increasing impact of AI on the music, recording, and publishing industries, our client is seeking a talented Litigation Associate with 2–4 years of experience to join its Washington, DC or New York-area office. This highly respected firm handles sophisticated litigation matters involving copyright, trademark, brand protection, royalty disputes, and other cutting-edge issues affecting the entertainment and publishing industries. Associates work directly with partners and clients, gaining meaningful responsibility from day one. What You'll Do Represent major players in the music, recording, and publishing industries in complex litigation matters Handle high-profile disputes involving copyrights, trademarks, royalties, and brand protection Gain hands-on experience at every stage of litigation Collaborate closely with accomplished lawyers in a supportive, team-oriented environment Qualifications 2–4 years of strong litigation experience Outstanding academic credentials Experience at a highly regarded law firm Federal clerkship strongly preferred Experience in, or a demonstrated interest in, copyright, trademark, and other soft IP litigation is highly desirable Why This Firm?
