Litigation Attorney

Associate Attorney - Atlanta, Georgia 

Seeking seasoned civil litigation attorneys! We currently have openings available for attorneys at various levels. Candidates should possess a minimum of two years of recent civil litigation experience to be considered, but we also welcome mid-to-senior-level attorneys to apply. We are interested in attorneys with expertise across a broad spectrum of practice areas, including general civil litigation, business/commercial litigation, real estate litigation, general liability, employment law, and personal injury. Responsibilities:

• Independently manage a caseload within litigation, overseeing cases from inception to resolution
• Foster collaboration and close cooperation with fellow attorneys and partners
• Attend court proceedings and participate in depositions
• Generate reports and maintain communication with clients
• Effectively interact with clients, counsel, and supervising attorneys
• Analyze and draft discovery requests and responses
• Conduct legal research, prepare memoranda
• Draft complaints, motions, and other legal documents
• Assess, draft, and argue dispositive motions
• Participate in court hearings and mediations

Qualifications:

• Licensed in good standing with the Georgia State Bar
• Two or more years of civil litigation experience
• Ability to work independently while managing a caseload
• Strong research and writing skills
• Effective oral advocacy skills and familiarity with rules of evidence.
• Ability to multitask while demonstrating attention to detail
• Strong communication and time management skills
