As a Litigation Attorney, you’ll take ownership of a personal injury caseload through final resolution, develop and execute litigation strategy, advocate for clients throughout the legal process, and work closely with an experienced team of attorneys and legal professionals. Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Independently manage a busy personal injury caseload from inception through final resolution, including mediation, arbitration, or trial.
• Communicate with clients and help them understand the intricacies of their cases and the legal system.
• Conduct depositions of parties, witnesses, and experts.
• Coordinate with, retain, and communicate with medical and liability experts.
• Prepare and manage case pleadings and discovery.
• Attend remote and in-person court hearings.
• Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and administrative staff.

Experience:

• 2+ years of personal injury or other relevant litigation experience, including defense litigation.
• Demonstrated proficiency in discovery, motion practice, and courtroom advocacy.
• Jury trial experience is a strong plus.

Compensation:

• Salary Range: $125,000–$175,000, depending on experience.
• Additional Compensation: You will be eligible for performance-based bonuses and salary increases with no ceiling—and no billable-hour requirement. You will also receive one-third of the total fee collected on any cases you refer directly to the firm.
