Job Details
Manage a caseload of complex plaintiff-side litigation matters from intake through resolution
Handle all aspects of discovery, including drafting and responding to demands, taking and defending depositions, and preparing expert witnesses
Draft motions for New York State and Federal courts
Conduct legal research and prepare pleadings, briefs, and memoranda
Collaborate closely with partners, associates, paralegals, and support staff to achieve outstanding outcomes for clients
Maintain regular, compassionate communication with clients, keeping them informed and supported throughout their case
Evaluate case strategy and contribute to settlement negotiations and trial preparation
