Location:
Mobile, Alabama | Primarily on-site with hybrid flexibility available for experienced candidates. Relocation candidates are welcome.

- Candidates must have 4+ years of civil litigation experience, be licensed (or eligible for admission) in Alabama, and be comfortable independently managing litigation matters from inception through resolution.

Job Description
- Manage sophisticated civil litigation matters from case inception through resolution.
- Develop litigation strategies aligned with clients' business objectives.
- Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery, and other legal documents.
- Conduct legal research and provide strategic legal analysis.
- Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, depositions, and negotiations.
- Maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication.
- Collaborate with attorneys across multiple practice areas.
- Mentor junior attorneys and contribute to a supportive team culture.
- Deliver exceptional client service while balancing multiple active matters.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
- Active Alabama Bar license or ability to obtain admission.
- 4+ years of civil litigation experience.
- Experience independently handling cases from start to finish.
- Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills.
- Courtroom, mediation, and negotiation experience.
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
- Prior law firm, in-house, or solo practice experience considered.
