Qualifications:
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- 3+ years of litigation experience, with a focus on real estate and business disputes.
- Strong legal research and writing skills are essential.
- Ability to handle all aspects of litigation, including drafting pleadings, conducting discovery, preparing motions, and attending hearings.
- Trial and deposition experience is a plus.
