Desired Background:

• 4+ years of litigation experience in Oregon, first chair trial experience a major plus
• General litigation; commercial litigation, real estate disputes, commercial construction defect, employment and labor litigation, municipal litigation, fiduciary services, creditors’ rights. land use litigation
• Strong legal research, analytical and problem-solving skills, and ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environment
• Strong writing skills; interested candidates should apply with a writing sample
• Optimistic, driven, outgoing, and values teamwork
• Admitted to practice law in Oregon, Washington experience a major plus
