Litigation Attorney- Warranty

Insurance Defense firm in Irvine is seeking a civil litigation attorney with minimum 1 year experience for its warranty department (representing car manufacturers). The candidate must be a self-starter, highly motivated and have an ability to work independently as well as in a team setting. Applicants must meet the following criteria:

*Be an active member in good standing with the California Bar

*Have solid academic credentials

*Possess civil litigation experience and knowledge of lemon law - CA Song-Beverly Consumer Warranty Act

*Must be able to attend in-person vehicle inspections in CA

*Must have a high level of organization, detail orientation and ability to time-manage across multiple deadlines

*Demonstrate good judgment, strong critical thinking skills and the desire and willingness to take ownership and control of projects

*Have excellent communication, analytical and writing skills

*Have excellent client relations

Pay: $120,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
