Trial Attorney (Mid-to-Senior Level)

TechStaffers is currently recruiting on behalf of a prestigious AmLaw 200 law firm with a significant national and international footprint. We are seeking a dedicated Mid-to-Senior Level Trial Attorney to join their Litigation Business Unit in Southern California.
This is a unique opportunity to join an agile, collaborative team focused exclusively on defending automobile manufacturers, distributors, and dealers in warranty actions. Note: Prior warranty law experience is not required. We are looking for strong trial skills; the subject matter can be taught.
Serve as a lead or co-counsel in defending warranty actions for major automotive clients.
Manage all phases of litigation, including extensive motion practice, depositions, and mediation.
Conduct trials and arbitrations, including delivering opening statements and closing arguments, and performing witness examinations.
Collaborate with a team of attorneys to develop defense strategies and ensure consistent delivery of outstanding service to clients.
Draft high-quality legal briefs, pleadings, and reports.
Bar Admission: Must be licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar.
Experience: 5+ years of litigation experience is required.
Trial Skills: Extensive experience in trial and arbitration is mandatory (openings, closings, witness exams).
Education: Strong academic credentials from an accredited law school.
Soft Skills: Exceptional advocacy and negotiation skills, detail-oriented, highly organized, and strong interpersonal communication abilities.
Base Salary: $170,000 - $200,000 (dependent on experience, qualifications, and market data).
Bonus: Eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus.
